Selecting Your Arrival Time – A Quick Guide

To help us manage arrivals smoothly and ensure each cat gets the best care during pre-check-in at our Wellness Centre, it’s important that you select the arrival time-slot listed as available when you are submitting your online booking.

Here’s how to do it:

1. When choosing your check-in date, you’ll also need to select the arrival time (hours : minutes – AM/PM).

2. Click on the time field located below calendar date.

3. Hover your cursor over the hour, then use the up or down arrows to select the correct hour.

4. Do the same for minutes and then choose AM or PM.

5. Once a valid arrival time has been selected, the check-in date and time box will be outlined in blue to confirm your selection.

This step helps us coordinate staff availability and provide a smooth, stress-free check-in experience for both you and your cat.
